Preparación

  1. Adicionar grasa vegetal y emulsificante a 50 -60 °C hasta total dispersión del emulsificante.
  2. Mezclar los polvos y adicionarlos en el agua a 45 °C en Thermomix y mantener en agitación constante para la incorporación.
  3. Adicionar fase grasa fundida a la dispersión de polvos en agua.
  4. Elevar la temperatura a 85°C por 5 min (THERMFLO®) con agitación, 90°C por 5 minutos.
  5. Envasar.
