Preparación

  1. Pesar todos los ingredientes en polvo.
  2. Adicionar mezcla de polvos al agua, constante agitación hasta lograr completa hidratación e incorporación.
  3. Adicionar Crema a mezcla y mezclar por 5 minutos.
  4. Elevar temperatura a 75°C y mantener por 5 minutos en constante agitación.
  5. Envasar y refrigerar.
