Preparación

  1. Adicionar sales, hidrocoloides, almidón y emulsivos con el agua en Thermomix.
  2. Mantener en agitación constante a 40°C y adicionar MPC 70 3. Agregar grasa vegetal previamente fundida 4. Sostener la mezcla a 85°por 5 min.
  3. Agregar ácido láctico a 50-60 °C.
  4. Depositar em moldes.
  5. Refrigerar a 4-5°C.
