Preparación

  1. Mezclar con la pala en una batidora todos los ingredientes secos a velocidad baja por 3 min.
  2. Adicionar el agua poco a poco hasta integrar los ingredientes secos formando una masa compacta.
  3. Continuar con el mezclado a la misma velocidad por 10 min más.
  4. Laminar a un grosor de 5 mm y cortar la masa en tiras delgadas entre 3 y 5 mm en forma de espagueti.
  5. Secar a 60 °C por 8 h.
  6. Empacar.
