Preparación

  1. Mezclar todos los polvos.
  2. Adicionar mezcla de polvos a leche fluida en Thermomix.
  3. Mantener en constante agitación .
  4. Aumentar temperatura a 70°C.
  5. Pasteurizar a 95°C por 5 minutos en constante agitación.
  6. Enfriamiento 20°C .
  7. Envasado.
  8. Refrigeración.
