Preparation

Mix procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix thoroughly and pass through a fine sieve to break up any clumps.

Reconstitution procedure:

  1. Add about 230 grams of milk to a beverage blender.
  2. While blender is running, add 9.7 grams of dry mixture to milk.
  3. Blend mixture for about 2 minutes, or until dry mix is well dispersed.
  4. Consume immediately.
