Incorporate SIMPLISTICA system and sugar into water at room temperature, agitate at 400 RPM for 10 minutes. Adjust speed to avoid air incorporation.
Add oil to the mix and agitate at 300RPM for 5 additional minutes
Thermally process in a MicroThermics HVHW: Pre-heat 149 ˚F, Homogenize upstream stage 1 (2000psi) / stage 2 (500psi), Pasteurize at 275 ˚F for 6 seconds
Package and Store Beverage: Fill < 50˚F into sterilized bottles, Refrigerate 32 ˚F
