Preparation

  1. Add tropical fruit purée, sugar, ascorbic acid, citric acid, trisodium citrate and ENLITEN® 300000 Reb A stevia sweetener into water. Mix at 300rpm for 5 minutes.
  2. Top up with water to the final volume.
  3. Pasteurise the juice drink at 95°C for 1 minute.
  4. Hot fill into bottles (ensure temperature is at least 85°C).
  5. Cool in ice bath.
  6. Store at 25°C.
