Preparation

  1. Dissolve sodium benzoate in water.
  2. Add sugar, SWEETIS®-DS500 sweetener, sunset yellow, dissolved citric acid, neutral cloud and mix well at 300rpm.
  3. Add orange flavour to the solution. Mix well.
  4. Top up to the total amount with water and carbonate the product to desired carbonation.
  5. Fill into bottles and screw cap.
  6. Store at room temperature overnight and keep in 4°C chiller for storage.
