NOVATION® Indulge 3620 starch is a clean label co-texturiser derived from tapioca which delivers creamy mouthfeel, a glossy appearance and smooth textures in instant hot products such as 3-in-1 coffee, soups, sauces, gravy and dessert mixes.
Enabling manufacturers to replace ingredients such as hydrogenated palm fat, gum, sugar and maltodextrin to support a clean label, it can also boost a products’ nutritional profile.
NOVATION® Indulge 3620 can deliver homogenous texture and smooth mouthfeel without gelling or lumping during preparation. Its neutral profile makes it ideal for use in dry mix beverages containing milk or creamers.
