FIBERTEX® CF 500 is a new multi-benefit citrus fibres that provide viscosity FIBERTEX® CF 500 enables formulation functionality you need to maintain or improve your clean label products’ performance and recipe cost.

This ingredient can be used across many product categories such Bakery, Dairy, Beverage and Savoury to achieve a texturous mouthfeel and is great for piping.

Whether you choose to use FIBERTEX® CF 500 or FIBERTEX® CF 100 multi-benefit citrus fibres, both can replace ingredients such as modified starch, pectin and some hydrocolloids to create shorter, more consumer-preferred labels.
