Keen to promote healthier living, we will be featuring plant-based ingredients and sugar-reduced content prepared by Principal Culinologist, Kevin Alder at the event. The tasting menu will include Vegetarian Lamb Kofta, egg-free Tahini Mayo, sugar-free Chilli Ketchup, and fresh Cream Cheese, served with Protein Crackers. For a sweet finish, there will be a no-added-sugar Chocolate Dessert with a creamy topping and a Crème Brulée. Drinks will include a sugar-reduced, non-alcoholic Cosmopolitan and a reduced-sugar Mango Juice.
The event will also host a discussion as part of the Food Tech Summit with Senior technologist Amine Layouni, addressing barriers and breakthroughs in ingredient innovation in today’s uncertain economic climate.
