Preparación

  1. Mezclar todos los ingredientes de acuerdo a la formulación.
  2. Disolver 30g de la malteada en polvo en 100ml de leche de arroz fría o a temperatura ambiente – o leche de avena, agitando a 9.000 rpm con mixer.
  3. Servir y consumir inmediatamente.
