Orange juice concentrate (70°Bx) 0.320
Taurine 0.200
Trisodium citrate dihydrate 0.140
Anhydrous citric acid 0.120
Mixed fruit flavour 0.100
Drink flavour 0.050
Vitamin B2 0.001
TOTAL 100

Preparation

  1. Dissolve vitamin B2 in some hot water.
  2. Add juice concentrate, dissolved citric acid, dissolved trisodium citrate dihydrate, dissolved taurine, sugar and SWEETIS®-DS500 sweetener. Mix well at 200rpm.
  3. Heat solution to 70°C.
  4. Add mixed fruit flavour, drink flavour and vitamin C.
  5. Top up to required weight.
  6. Filter mixture.
  7. Fill solution into bottles.
  8. Pasteurise at 95°C for 1 minute.
  9. Cool to 25°C.
