Preparation

  1. Dissolve coffee powder in some water.
  2. Dissolve sodium bicarbonate in some water.
  3. Add fresh milk, sugar, BIOLIGO®-IH200 sweetener, non-dairy creamer, skimmed milk powder, N-CREAMER® 180 maltodextrin, sugar ester, sucralose and acesulfame-K into water. Mix at 200rpm for 5 minutes.
  4. Add mixture from step 1 and 2. Mix at 200rpm for 5 minutes.
  5. Heat mixture to 70°C with constant stirring.
  6. Top up with water to desired quantity.
  7. Homogenise at 200 bars (160/40).
  8. Fill into bottles and retort at 121°C for 10 minutes.
  9. Cool to 30°C.
