Preparation

  1. Dry blend together NSF 6, Sigma B Steviol glycosides, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa powder and Ticaloid® PRO 181 AG and set aside..
  2. Mix water, ASTRAEA® Liquid Allulose and sunflower oil in a Thermomix until blended.
  3. Add the blended dry ingredients to the Thermomix and hydrate for 10 minutes.
  4. Add VITESSENCE® Pulse 1803 pea protein isolate and hydrate for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Cook up to 185F and hold for 5 minutes.
  6. Add flavors at the end and mix for 5 additional minutes.
  7. Chill to refrigeration temp.
