In her new role, Tipton will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy to drive profitable growth for the Kerr business in the U.S. and Canada.

As the Kerr by Ingredion Marketing Manager, Angela Tipton will be responsible for establishing and carrying out the marketing and brand messaging strategy to support sales initiatives and the strategic plan for Kerr. Tipton will also collaborate with all organizational functions to ensure alignment of marketing efforts across the business and support the salesforce with its selling efforts by creating, executing, and distributing all necessary and relevant marketing materials. Additionally, the role assists in the innovation development process by helping to validate market assumptions and facilitating moving projects through the “go/no go” decision-making process.
Prior to joining Kerr by Ingredion, Tipton served as Senior Marketing Manager for Cerillo, a technology company developing advanced microbiome research platforms. Previous to that, she worked for Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc. as a Communications Manager and was Quality Control Team Lead for BASF. She was also the Founder and Content Marketing Specialist at Angela LM Tipton, Storytelling Business Pros. Angela Tipton earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Pacific University and a Master of Business Administration from Willamette University.
